How to place an order:
What is your hours of operation?
We are open daily from 8:00PM to 8:00AM
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. In order to purchase from our site your order sub-total must be at least $40.00.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay with cash once the delivery driver has reached your location or you can pay beforehand via Interac E-transfer. Instructions will be provided via text.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Can I cancel my order?
Only while your order is still being processed. Please contact our support team at tmedelivery@outlook.com as soon as possible. If the driver is already on their way the order cannot be cancelled.
Is tax included?
Yes.
Is there a store-front I can go to?
Not at this time. All orders will be delivered to the address that you provide via text.
Why aren’t you open during the day?
We are strictly a night time service. The reason being is that we aim to fill the void and help make cannabis available to everyone, even shift workers, insomniacs and night-hawks. That is our sole mission.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within a two hour window. Delivery times may vary when placing an order from outside of Barrie.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders placed in Barrie: $10
Orders placed from outside of Barrie: $15-$20
Delivery costs are calculated according to the address that you provide to us via text message.
Delivery Discounts: $5 off on orders over $100. Free delivery on orders over $200 in Barrie & over $250 outside of Barrie.
Are your pictures accurate?
We aim to have the most up to date photographs of our products on our website, but due to different lighting conditions as well as batch changes the appearance of our products may differ in person.
